Who We AreBrownwood Beautification Commission, Inc. (DBA Keep Brownwood Beautiful) has been a part of Brownwood since 1987. Our mission is to empower the citizens of Brownwood through education and participation to take responsibility for their community environment. We are a private non-profit organization. We have a Board of Directors and a part-time Coordinator.
