  • Neighbor to Neighbor
​- The Keep Brownwood Beautiful “Neighbor to Neighbor” program coordinates with businesses, civic organizations, volunteer and religious groups in an effort to assist with code violation reduction at no cost to low-income elderly, veterans, and permanently disabled, homeowners.

  • ​Green Event Planning Resources
- We offer information, supplies, & equipment for thoughtfully planned events.​
  • Education (A New Ambassador Program Is In The Works!)
  • BISD High School Recycling Program
​​​​- At the request of Student Council we have partnered to create an in-school recycling program for drink bottles and aluminum cans. You can read more about it in our blog. We were able to acquire the Texas Recycles Day Grant through Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages and Keep Texas Beautiful to help us out.

Projects​

  • Beautification Projects
​- We plan, plant, & care for several "Green Spaces" in Brownwood. We are currently in the process of giving one area a makeover with a contemplation or walking labyrinth.
- Providing potted plants in the common areas of some of our community buildings or repotting their established indoor plants.

  • Intown Recycling

  • Monthly "PopUp CleanUp"
- We take one hour to clear litter in a designated area. We have all the supplies. We haul it off. You just show up and dedicate one hour to your community.
