Why does Brownwood need KBB?

Unfortunately, people litter.  This is harmful to animals and our natural environment.   Keep America Beautiful did an in depth study about litter. The results showed that property values can decrease about 7% when litter is visible.
KBB does beautification projects to make Brownwood a more inviting place for residents and visitors.
