TravelersWe are fortunate to be able to interact with a variety of people from all walks of life at In-Town Recycling. We absolutely look forward to seeing our regulars twice a month and we see new faces that we hope will become regulars but, once in a blue moon, you may meet someone you're pretty sure you'll never see again... a traveler, just passing through. Well this Saturday was that once in a blue moon and I met Sharon. Sharon is one of "Two Tired Teachers," sisters that have retired from teaching and spend time traveling together and started a YouTube channel about their time RVing. I learned about the obstacles of habitual recycling within that lifestyle. Arriving at a new location it isn't usually clear where or even if there is an easily accessible recycling station available. Even more so than that it is, at the very least, just not practical to hold on to your recycling, cans, bottles, etc. in such cramped quarters until you do find a place. We had a great conversation about more than just recycling. I don't know if she'll remember me but, I'll definitely remember her. Here's a link to their YouTube if you want to check them out. www.youtube.com/@TwoTiredTeachers
